After ten years with PharmConsult Rosina continues to enjoy the variety of projects and the opportunities to research information, investigate options, apply knowledge and propose solutions that consulting provides.
In her time with PharmConsult, Rosina has assumed both lead and support roles in dozens of projects, developing expertise in a range of service areas such as managing requests for proposals (RFP), pharmacy service reviews and service optimisation, contract compliance monitoring, evaluation of service model options, medicines funding and access, and prison healthcare and pharmacy services.
In her role as senior consultant, Rosina draws on her practical understanding of pharmacy and medicine use (derived from extensive experience as a pharmacist in the community, public and private hospital settings) and the experience gained from an established body of consulting work, to deliver project outcomes and meet the needs of PharmConsult’s clients.
Rosina’s previous experience includes:
- working in private hospitals in Victoria and Western Australia, with experience in all facets of pharmacy service delivery;
- managing pharmacy services at a statewide level for one of Australia’s largest providers of private hospital pharmacy services; and
- working in professional development areas for both the Pharmaceutical Council of Western Australia and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (Vic. Branch).
